Install:  chronoforms_v7.0.12_patched.zip

Then install the TCPDF in the extensions (of the plugin itself on the component menu, not the site).

The module allows you to embed Chronoforms anywhere, go ahead and install that too. 

The default CF7 plugin is here as reference, might only use that for client sites (who pay for a license).
